For today’s special guest Johnny FD explains that he quit his well paying job in California in 2008 to move to Thailand to become a scuba instructor and fought professionally as a Muay Thai Fighter. It wasn’t until in 2013 being broke he made his first $100 online off a business he started which sold for $60,000.

Now he spends his time being a digital nomad traveling around the world and creating more income streams through Udemny course, affiliate marketing, he's written books, and even has his own podcast!!

I just had to have him on, his story literally inspired me so listen to that specific episode over and over again to just try and dissect everything and get myself motivated.

It was truly an honour to have him onto the podcast and he shares his insight about his story a bit more, he goes into opening up to talk about how he retired his parents and it truly resonated with me a lot. I loved having him on because I want to show you guys, the listeners that once you get past the fears, doubts, and overcome all the obstacles you come out a changed person doing amazing things.

Hey Everyone,

Another organic episode from spur of the moment.

If someone is offering you some advice, think about it for a moment on if they’ve done. Or even ask them yourself, “how is that working for you?” if you get something along the line as “oh no I haven't had the time or money to do it, but you should do it”

In this situation just smile and let it go out the other ear. Don't waste your time with that.

If you’re going to achieve a goal or something, you’re going to mimic or study the people who’ve done it, who has the results, where its trackable, where they are literally living what they’re preaching.

There is a lot of noise out there, so be very selective. I’ve learnt this the hard way, and I’m here to look out for you guys.

When I was launching this podcast, I looked up to people such as Jason Moore, Lewis Howes, Pat Flynn, Tim Ferriss Why? Because they have a full blown podcast, and have a huge audience. I’ve studied them. Mimicked them and then turned it into my own, which is why we're here today haha They're the big players, and to stand among giants you need to replicate it.

So be selective. Do your research and make sure the information is backed up by the results.

Hey everyone!

This episode I'll be talking about something that happened to me in 2014 - it was very traumatic but not only did I overcome this experience I came back ready to impact the world!

Here were the 5 things I've learnt from this experience and I hope it will help you as much as it has helped me.

So 5 things I’ve learnt from all this to help you apply this in your daily lives - and you don't have to go through

  1. Making the choice consciously -

with all things in your life it all starts within yourself - you have to want to make the choice yourself consciously, you have to want the change - smokers won’t quit smoking with external factors hounding them - it has to be internally. So make the choice to change your life!

  1. Practice gratitude -

after going through this experience I have a much greater appreciate mainly because of the outcome - I was grateful that me and my parents walked out of that. But! How you can apply this to your life I found myself appreciating so much more, even the little things, the simple summer breeze the sun shining, being able to create this episode and being able to impact someone's life across the internet. So go over a few things you’d be grateful for and i'm 100% sure you can find something .

  1. Letting go and not holding on to something that had past.

- this was a tough one but letting go of something that happened to you in the past so you can move forward into the future. It took awhile to let go of this and one day I just said you know what this is not going to stop me! You cant change the past, it’s already happened so focus on the moment now and look towards the future. A great exercise for this is that you write down what you’ve been holding onto or something had happened to you write it down on a piece of paper then burn it! And throw it out! Its you letting go! It's you saying this is not going to take control of me.

  1. Loving yourself more.

Through all the meditation and learning and growing, I started to know myself more, I started to know what my strengths are and what my weaknesses are - and as gary vee always says double down on your strengths ! so take the time and look at yourself in the mirror and just stare into your reflection. And think about how far you’ve come, how much you’ve been through, and smile - notice everything about yourself and love yourself. Once you love yourself you can be able to feel wonderful in your own skin.

5) Start today!

Making the choice, being grateful, letting go, and loving yourself can start today! Make the choice today! I know that each person has their own path to walk. Their own journey, their own quest. But even if you make the choice today I’m sure you can live a much happier life. I know I’m a lot happier putting all these things in place.

Completely organic episode, after talking to an 18 year old at my local Starbucks where I usually do my work, he was telling me how he creates music. He's very passionate and enjoys it. He goes on telling me that he wants to put his music out there to the world but scared about what people would think about it.

You should listen to what I had to say to him.

I also didn't hit new and noteworthy but thats alright, I'm definitely in this for the long. It's my passion and what I enjoy. I love sending out my message.

Do you find yourself working a corporate job that you dislike or feeling unfullfiled?

Finding it hard to stay positive when there is so much stacked against you?

Staying positive and having the right attitude is really tough to maintain when feeling trapped in a job that you dislike.

Two very simple steps I take, Drink a bottle or two of water in the morning, then I ask myself 3 things I’m grateful for. I always say I'm grateful for my mom, dad, and brother. I’m Going to be a great entrepreneur that creates positive impact to everyone I come in contact with, and i'm in the relationship of my dreams.

Another positive exercise I usually practise is that whenever I feel a bit stressed or overwhelmed with work or something, go outdoors and just close your eyes ,and soak in the moment, it should only take about 3-5 mins for you to relax and calm down, and put yourself in the right place again. You have to remember that when you're stressed out, your mind is filled with many emotions that clouds your judgement, and ability to get things done.

Our Differences is what makes us beautiful. We're very similar we're all born into this world with hopes, dreams, and aspirations. We all have loved ones, friends, families.

We all feel sadness, disappointment, happiness, joy and love. Those things are what helps us connect with eachother but to add an even more twist we all bring in together our differences, our cultures, our traditions, our duties, our religion. Take a moment and just imagine! The world we live in allows us to experience different cultures, events, festivals.

Remember were all the same but different, we all have goals, dreams, and aspirations. We all have loved ones, friends family. But in this moment in time were able to come together and connect with eachother.
