Hi my fellow path hunters!
Today's episode will be about disconnecting yourself and unplugging from the internet once in awhile.
With so much information and lots of things going around us, I am a huge advocate on keeping things simple, and if you're stressed or overworked take the time to remove yourself for awhile.
Disconnect from all your social media, all your phones, and electronics and take some time to yourself.
Meditation is one of the things I've taken up and has helped me in my moments of stressed.
Whenever I feel a bit overwhelmed or overworked, meditation has helped me through it, I may seem a bit odd but definitely give it a try and once you come back to work you'll feel a little bit different.
